Buyers are very visual and sometimes empty spaces are just that… empty spaces.  Many buyers aren't able to visualize themselves living in the space unless they see it with furniture and décor.  Physical, real-life Staging is always preferred (we work alongside some pretty amazing ones that are brilliant at their craft) and we highly recommend it. But we understand that sometimes you just need a project done too quickly where it isn't an option, or it might be out of the budget. We encourage you to consider Virtual Staging as your answer in these situations - it is a very simple process!

1. Upon receiving your photo session images, choose the pictures you would like Virtually Staged by emailing our office.

2. Give us an idea on the style you would like to see for room elements or we will be happy to help you choose.

3. Within 36 hours of your image selections, download your Virtually-Staged photos and add them into your listing
